- COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you decide

Who is this programme designed for?

A working familiarity with charterparties and bills of lading will help you get the most from the programme. It's designed for practitioners — shipping lawyers, in-house counsel in energy and maritime, and trade lawyers — not beginners, but you don't need to be a shipping law specialist.

Is this live or recorded?

Live via Zoom. This is an interactive programme with case-based exercises and direct engagement with Dr Šaranović. It is not a pre-recorded webinar. You'll be working through scenarios, not just watching slides.

Can my organization send a team?

Yes. Contact info@emguk.net or call +44 (0) 20 3827 0966 to arrange group bookings. Several firms are sending 2–3 people from their shipping and energy teams.
